Job summary

Synergis is seeking an energetic Assistant Property Manager in Hong Kong to oversee daily property management operations and lead a small team. The role requires a Degree in Property Management, a mandatory PMP License (Tier 1), and at least 5 years of related experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity.

The candidate must be fluent in English and Chinese, able to liaise with clients and committees, and ready to work on alternate Saturdays. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in property management or related discipline.
• PMP License (Tier 1) is mandatory.
• 5+ years in property management with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; willingness to work alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of property management services.
• Supervise a team to provide quality property management services to clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations.
• Attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain relationships with committees.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal parties; handle ad hoc assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of property management services;
• Supervise a team to provide quality property management services to clients;
• Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations;
• Attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain a good relationship with the committees;
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal parties;

• Perform related internal audit in different aspects including ISO, safety and security, etc.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in property management or related disciplines;
• Member of CIH / HKIH or other recognized professional bodies is preferred ;
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1) is mandatory;
• 5 years or above relevant experience in property management of which 2 years should be at managerial level;
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• Alternate Saturday off is mandatory.
