Job summary

Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited is seeking a financial/research analyst to support market research, feasibility studies, and development of business plans. You will prepare financial models, forecasts, and research reports while coordinating with internal stakeholders to evaluate asset acquisitions or property projects.

The role suits candidates with 1–2 years of experience in property development, strong research ability, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

Degree holder from Real Estate / Finance / Accounting or related discipline
Hands-on experience in creating sophisticated financial and business models
1–2 years’ experience as financial/research analyst, preferably in property development
Excellent communications and presentation skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Fresh graduates with strong analytical sense are welcome

Responsibilities

You will contribute to market research and feasibility studies on new business opportunities and analysis of market comparables.
You will assist in developing business plans and analysis reports aimed at enhancing profitability.
Your responsibilities will include preparing financial models, forecasts, and research reports, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to support evaluation of potential asset acquisitions or property-related projects.
