Job summary

Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited is seeking a financial/research analyst to support market research, feasibility studies, and development of business plans. You will prepare financial models, forecasts, and research reports while coordinating with internal stakeholders to evaluate asset acquisitions or property projects.

The role suits candidates with 1–2 years of experience in property development, strong research ability, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree holder from Real Estate / Finance / Accounting or related discipline
• Hands-on experience in creating sophisticated financial and business models
• 1–2 years’ experience as financial/research analyst, preferably in property development
• Excellent communications and presentation skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical sense are welcome

Requirements:

1 - 2 years’ working experience as financial analyst or research analyst preferably in the property development sector

Excellent communications and presentation skills in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

Willing to learn, good interpersonal skills and a good team player

A logical thinker, detail-oriented and able to excel under intense pressure

Fresh graduates with strong analytical sense and proactive attitude are welcome
