Job summary

CK Asset Holdings Limited is seeking a professional to oversee property valuation, land acquisition, and planning for HK property development. The role includes feasibility studies, market analysis, and preparing reports and presentations.

The candidate should possess a degree in Surveying with HKIS or RICS, with at least 2 years’ relevant experience and strong communication skills to support project decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Surveying with member of the HKIS or RICS
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in valuation, property acquisition or related field
• Good knowledge of relevant property law, prevailing public and private sector valuation and compensation policies and practices
• Well-organized, good communication & interpersonal skill

Responsibilities

• Responsible for property valuation, researches, land acquisition and planning land administrative matters associated with property development in HK
• Carry out project feasibility studies and provide recommendations on investment potentials of development projects
• Conduct external and internal data for property market analysis and prediction
• Assist in preparing reporting and presentations
