Job summary

Ping An Securities (Hong Kong) Holdings Company Limited invites a focused investment research professional to develop investment recommendations on public and private companies. You will prepare company and sector research reports and participate in roadshows.

The role requires a Finance or Accounting degree, SFC RA4 license with 1–3 years equity research experience, strong financial modeling skills, and excellent written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Holder of SFC RA4 license with 1–3 years equity research experience.
• Strong at building financial models on public/private companies.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• Excellent command in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Occasional travel to China is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop investment recommendations on public/private companies.
• Prepare company and sector research reports, including Pre-IPO reports.
• Conduct company visits and site visits on covered companies.
• Prepare financial models and valuations.
• Participate in market activities including roadshows and investment forums.
• Perform other ad hoc research and analysis as assigned by management.

• Other ad hoc research and analysis duties assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Holder of SFC license RA4 and 1-3 years of Equity research experience
• Strong at building financial model on public/private companies
• Analytical and detail-oriented with good communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Occasional travel to China is required
