Job summary

Jobtailor in Hong Kong seeks an Investment Analyst to support the Real Estate Investment team across Asia Pacific. You will assist in deal sourcing, evaluation, and ongoing management of investments, working closely with the Managing Director and MD/Head of Real Estate Asia Pacific.

You will gain exposure to underwriting, market research, and portfolio monitoring while developing financial models (DCF) and tax/structure analysis. English fluency and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investing, or related financial analysis roles.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline; candidates with a real estate development background have an advantage.
• CPA, CFA, or CFA Candidate is advantageous.
• Real Estate knowledge in Asia Pacific markets.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Japanese or Korean is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Argus is preferred.
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills (DCF and financial modelling).
• Team player with professionalism and integrity.

• Assist in the underwriting process of Real Estate investments.

Requirements
