Job summary

Plan In Interior & Contracting Co., Ltd. is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong.

You will lead post-contract quantity surveying, contract administration, and cost control for designated projects, and act as the main liaison with clients and consultants. The role requires a degree or HD in QS or related field, 5+ years of experience, strong site exposure, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience on sizable projects.
• Experience in main contractor or fitting-out environments is advantageous.
• Practical site experience essential with strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Deliver post-contract quantity surveying services including contract administration, cost estimation, cost control and final account settlement.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients' consultants and manage subcontractor engagements.
• Address and resolve contractual issues including extension of time and loss and expense claims.

Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Deliver comprehensive post-contract quantity surveying services, including contract administration, cost estimation, cost control, and final account settlement for designated projects

Who are we looking for?

Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies, or a related discipline

Minimum of 5 yearsof relevant experience, with demonstrable involvement in sizable projects—experience gained within a main contractor or fitting-out contractor environment is highly advantageous

Practical site experience is essential, complemented by strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities

Self-motivated, well-organised, and responsible, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure

Proficient in MS Office applications

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (both written and spoken)
