Job summary

St. James' Settlement in Wan Chai is seeking a degree-holding professional to oversee youth and elder center services and develop funding proposals. The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program quality in delivering community-based programmes.

You will formulate, implement and evaluate groups for young and old, support the team, and drive innovative, high-quality services. A background in experiential learning or financial education is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 or above (including Chinese and English).
• At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Self-motivated, innovative, dynamic, presentable; good in people management and leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills with teammates, users and stakeholders.
• Experience in experiential learning programmes and/or financial education services is an advantage.
