Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Project Manager to lead network infrastructure projects within renovation and construction environments in Hong Kong. You will oversee requirements planning, vendor procurement, and schedule alignment with construction milestones, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure readiness of data/voice services, cabling, and equipment.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial renovation or interior design, strong negotiation and cross-functional communication, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Interior Design.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in commercial renovation, corporate fit-out, or interior design.
• Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and cross-departmental communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and reading floor plans/technical drawings.
• Preferably knowledge of network infrastructure cabling work and network hardware installation.

Requirements Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document network requirements, including workstation density, power, and data/voice connectivity, ensuring alignment with previous site infrastructure standards.

Vendor Management & Procurement: Manage the procurement process for network-related services, including obtaining quotes

Project Oversight: Monitor the implementation schedule to ensure network infrastructure readiness (data/voice lines, equipment, cabling) matches the renovation timeline.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation, including network diagrams, cabling schematics, and contract records

Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox briefings to identify potential infrastructure bottlenecks or risks to the project timeline.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Interior Design.

Holder of PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus

At least 3 years of project management experience in commercial renovation, corporate fit-out, or interior design
