Innocorn AI in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead regional network transition and infrastructure migration across Asia markets, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.

You will drive planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications, coordinating with regional IT teams, country stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors, with strong English and 10+ years of enterprise project delivery.

• Drive project planning, execution, governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate closely with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, country teams, vendors, and project sponsors.
• Manage complex cross-functional workstreams and dependencies within a large enterprise environment.
• Prepare project status reports, executive updates, RAID logs, and steering committee materials.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential, with the ability to lead meetings and engage stakeholders across different countries.
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably in infrastructure, network, or technology transformation projects.
• Network migration/infrastructure experience is advantageous but not mandatory; strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are the key success factors.
