Job summary

TalentVibe Business Consultancy seeks an Infrastructure Project Manager to own full lifecycle delivery for APAC infrastructure readiness of network hardware, switches and routers. The role coordinates installation to transform employee and client experiences, supporting the Sydney DMZ and Secure IoT initiative for the Sydney office.

Job description

Seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager located in the APAC region to own and lead full lifecycle project delivery for all infrastructure readiness associated with network hardware, switches and routers. The infrastructure project manager will coordinate the installation of technology infrastructure that will transform employee and client experiences. The role involves the procurement, coordination and installation of network hardware switches and routers to build a new Sydney DMZ and Branch Office Secure IoT initiative for the Sydney office.

Key responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, implement, and track deliverables related to business unit request

Manage delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors and consultants

Gather technology requirements and partner with engineering and operations for high level design

Identify and manage issue log

Develop, track and coordinate schedule

Procure hardware and manage deliveries and delays with vendors, including staging

Create and manage the Technology Change Management tickets

Provide weekly status reports both internally and externally, as required

Schedule UAT testers and BAU signoffs

About you

10+ years of direct infrastructure project management experience

Branch office or Data center build, renovations, relocations

Experience with Cisco and Arista hardware

Understands how to partner with vendors for installation

Experience with project lifecycle of network integrations, infrastructure build, data center builds and/or corporate real estate construction projects including floor build outs and business relocations

Understanding of cabling, corporate services, cable management

Knowledge of network integrations and/or network refresh and upgrades

Experience with installation of DMZ networks and IoT services

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project

Strong Excel, Sharepoint, MS project, ServiceNow Skills

Other Information:

12 months contract

Onsite
