Job summary

Zlashy Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead an LMS Transformation project for a sizable insurance client. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from governance to go-live, including data migration, testing, and deployment across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and driving adoption with change management plans and training readiness. Insurance sector experience is highly valued for this contract role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end LMS implementation projects.
• Strong project management experience in system migration and new system rollout.
• Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of learning technologies, training administration, and data migration.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Insurance or financial services industry experience would be highly preferred.
• Experience supporting training, licensing, CPD/MPF, or agency training environments would be an advantage.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new enterprise Learning Management System (LMS).

Establish project governance, project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.

Manage project scope, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Drive project execution from initiation through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and project closure.

LMS Migration & Implementation

Lead migration of learning records, user profiles, training history, certifications, CPD/PPU records, learning content, reporting structures, and other legacy LMS data.

Coordinate data mapping, migration validation, testing, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

Ensure data integrity, completeness, and compliance throughout the migration process.

Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and production deployment.

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and implementation plans.

Challenge and improve existing training administration processes and workflows.

Ensure the new LMS delivers a scalable, user-friendly, and future-ready learning ecosystem.

Change Management & Adoption

Develop change management and communication plans.

Coordinate user training, knowledge transfer, and go-live readiness activities.

Drive user adoption and smooth transition from legacy systems.

Monitor post-implementation performance and continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:
