Job summary

Cathay Pacific Group seeks a Project Lead for the LMS Migration and learning-tech rollout within Flight Operations. You will drive cross-functional delivery, manage a PMO, and ensure readiness and adoption across employee groups, balancing HRIS expertise with project governance.

The role requires robust stakeholder management, change management, and the ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners to achieve on-time outcomes. Airline industry experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR projects and HRIS implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyse requirements and design effective HRIS solutions.
• Solid project management experience in HR-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead three project workstreams implementing the new digital learning solution across FOP, TTS and STS.
• Establish and maintain a PMO within FOP, covering governance, reporting, risk management and project delivery standards.
• Analyse business unit requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to design and configure solutions.
• Coordinate business units, vendors, system integrators and other stakeholders as the primary liaison.
• Drive prioritisation of digital enhancements with SMEs and IT teams; lead improvement initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Evaluate emerging HR and learning technologies and assess benefits, risks and implementation considerations.
• Apply structured change management methodologies to support adoption and readiness.
• Ensure designs and processes comply with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Develop project communications and training plans for stakeholders to enable change adoption.
• Partner with IT and vendors to plan and execute UAT and resolve defects.
