Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong Co. Limited seeks a Project Manager to lead an Insurance LMS Transformation project in Hong Kong. You will drive end-to-end delivery, including planning, migration, and go-live, ensuring timely, quality outcomes.

You will coordinate with Business, Training, IT and Operations teams, manage vendors, and lead change management to ensure successful user adoption and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end LMS implementation and migration projects.
• Strong project management experience in system migration and new system rollout.
• Experience with learning technologies, training administration and data migration.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and migration of a new Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and overall project delivery.
• Oversee data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live and post-implementation activities.
• Manage external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders across Business, Training, IT and Operations.
• Drive change management, user training and adoption of the new LMS.

Your Profile

• Proven experience leading end-to-end LMS implementation and migration projects.
• Strong project management experience in system migration and new system rollout.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of learning technologies, training administration and data migration.
• Insurance/financial services and Learning & Development experience is highly preferred, particularly in training, licensing, CPD/MPF or agency training environments.
