Job summary

Pacific Lifestyle Kitchen Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the residential kitchen cabinet development from concept to completion. You will oversee planning, site coordination and ensure safety, quality, and cost budget compliance.

The role requires a degree in Building/Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent, professional registrations, and at least 8 years in project management within construction, with a proven track record of large-scale projects and strong

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering or other construction related subjects.
• Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer, Charted Surveyor or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project managment within the construction industry
• Proven experience in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management and project financials
• Strong leadership, planning, organizing and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD is an advantage
