Job summary

KINGSVILLE PACIFIC (SINCE 1978) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced professional to lead interior fit-out projects in Hong Kong. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities to meet specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of site management experience in interior fit-out, with strong project scheduling skills and a solid understanding of layout plans, carpentry, construction details, and M&E works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in site management of interior fit-out works.
• Strong project management and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to understand layout plans, architectural finishes and installation methods.
• Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details.
• Sound knowledge in M&E works.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out works.
• Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
• Attend regular site meetings and inspections with suppliers and contractor; supervise projects to ensure conformity to specs, quality and delivery schedule.
• Report on project status and take actions to ensure progress stays on schedule.
• Work closely with sales team, clients and contractors on timely project handover.
