Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale operational transformation initiatives within the insurance sector. You will oversee cross‑functional programmes spanning onboarding, claims and servicing, driving end‑to‑end process improvements.

This role requires hands‑on leadership to map and redesign workflows, apply Lean and continuous improvement, manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders, and support AI-enabled transformations

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Project Management experience within Insurance or FS
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across onboarding, claims, and servicing.
• Map, analyze, and re-engineer operational workflows to improve efficiency.
• Drive process optimisation using Lean and CI methodologies.
• Manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on process analysis.
• Support technology and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
