Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation programme. You will lead cross-functional teams across operations, technology, risk and PMO to drive successful delivery.

The role requires strong governance, vendor management and agile delivery experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and provide regular executive updates.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Consulting, or Business Transformation within Financial Services or Insurance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within complex governance environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to vendor management, outsourcing partners, and third-party delivery teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing updates for senior management.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with programme sponsors and senior stakeholders to develop business cases and secure project approvals.
• Support programme governance activities, including Steering Committee and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate with teams across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and PMO functions.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across multiple business and technology workstreams.
• Prepare programme updates and management reporting for senior leadership.
• Coordinate vendor management activities, including RFP processes, Statement of Work (SoW) preparation, contract reviews, and delivery oversight.
• Work closely with offshore and third-party delivery teams to ensure successful execution and implementation.
• Support the delivery of digital customer initiatives and business transformation programmes.
