Job summary

Arup in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects effectively and ensure successful outcomes. You will manage communications with clients, consultants, and contractors, and drive sustainability goals through innovative tools.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Report to the project leader
• Implement effective project management for the whole project cycle
• Maintain day-to-day communication with client, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
• Manage project risks, value, change, and cost to deliver the project
• Implement digital and innovation tools to enhance the project management process
• Drive sustainability goals

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Degree in building environment related disciplines such as Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or a related construction degree
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Membership of relevant professional institution(s) is advantageous
• Conversant with Hong Kong building regulations and ordinances
• Hands‑on experience with BIM and programme planning tools (e.g., P6) is advantageous
• Creative, self‑motivated with strong interpersonal and influencing communication skills
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
