Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Project Manager for building/construction projects, especially hotel developments. The role requires over a decade of local PM experience with main contractors and strong leadership across the full construction lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have good communication in English and Chinese, solid governance, and readiness for immediate availability. Chartered HKIE status is a definite advantage, and prior residential/hotel delivery is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building / Construction / Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years of local building construction project management experience with main contractors.
• Chartered HKIE membership is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with architects and consultants.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full construction lifecycle to ensure timely, safe, and compliant delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers; liaise with QS team on subletting and material pricing.
• Act as the primary contact for the Management Team and owners regarding all project updates.
• Coordinate with government authorities to ensure regulatory compliance; resolve on-site issues to improve construction efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and uphold governance standards.
