Chun Wo Elegant Decoration Engineering Company Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Project Manager (Building) to oversee major construction projects. The role requires degree in Civil/Building Engineering, HKIE membership, and 12+ years in the field with 5+ years in management to lead teams and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include cash flow oversight, progress monitoring, quality, safety, and cost control, plus preparing method statements and tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Building Engineering or related disciplines.
• MHKIE / ICE or equivalent in Civil Engineering discipline.
• HKIE corporate member with at least 12 years of experience, 5 years post‑qualification and 5 years in management.
• 3 years’ post‑experience as Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS‑RGBC).
• All‑round exposure in building projects.
• Sound management and interpersonal skills.
• Conversant in MiC and BIM application is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Building Department regulations.
• Sound knowledge of safety and environmental management.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
