Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced professional for end-to-end project coordination on flagship residential and landmark developments in Hong Kong. You will oversee complex site activities, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning ERP and corporate systems.

The role requires 10+ years of project management, building/construction experience, and BIM modeling expertise. Immediate availability is highly preferred, with a competitive package and ample leave

Qualifications

• Degree in Building / Construction / Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of project management exp, including completion of 2 hotel projects.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Degree in Building Engineering, Construction Management or relevant discipline.
• 6+ years’ experience in building construction or private residential projects.
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
• End-to-End Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management.
• Assist in estates project coordination and progress monitoring.
• Minimum 5 years’ BIM modeling or relevant experiences.
• Supervise construction sites as a TCP-T3 (AP stream) under Buildings Ordinance.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap; deliver agile, on‑time rollouts across BUs.
• Shape scalable functional design aligned to ERP & Corporate Systems.
• Bridge stakeholders and tech; drive integrations, AI, and fast resolution.
• Lead full-cycle development of flagship residential & landmark projects
