Job summary

Yick Man Estates Ltd is seeking a Project Manager / Assistant Property Manager (Property / Building) to oversee contract works' technical, contractual and financial performance while monitoring site activities. The role reports to senior management and requires a strong eye for detail and budget discipline.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Building Surveying or Civil Engineering, have at least 7 years of relevant experience in sizeable property development, management or fit-out

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or Civil Engineering preferred.
• At least 7 years relevant experience in property development or fit-outs.
• Knowledge of building technology and services is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
• Able to work independently under pressure.

Project Manager / Assistant Property Manager (Property / Building)

Reporting to a Senior Management member, you will be responsible for managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities.

Degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred

At least 7 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable property development, property management or fit-out projects

Possessing sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage

Good command of English and Chinese

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
