Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager for fitting-out projects in residential and commercial sectors. You will oversee from design to completion and supervise site progress with contractors, suppliers and furniture factories to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Building Surveying or related disciplines and 8–10 years of relevant experience in project management in fitting-out projects.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Architecture / Interior Design / Building Surveying / or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8-10 years' relevant experience in project management in fitting out- residential / commercial.
• Good concept design, detailed working drawing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Site inspection & measurement.
• Supervise & monitor site progress with contractors, suppliers and furniture factory to ensure projects are delivered as schedule with company standard.
• Coordinate projects from design to completion and ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers, contractors, end users, etc.

Site inspection & measurement

To control and coordinate of project(s) from design to completion

To ensure the project(s) complete on time, within budget, comply to/meet the quality standards and contract's requirement

Familiar with fitting out - project

Requirements:
