Job summary

Alpine Interiors Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects across retail, residential, offices and hotels. You will coordinate progress, quality, and cost while maintaining client relations and site safety.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in fit-out project management, strong communication skills and bilingual English/Chinese. An A&A background is advantageous, with a rewarding remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or Diploma or above in Building Studies / Construction Management / Architectural or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in fit-out project management for retail, residential, offices & hotels.
• Conversant with interior fit-out, A&A work, and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project; AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
