Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a luxury residential redevelopment from design through handover. You will supervise design reviews, tendering, contract administration, construction, and defect rectification, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-quality finishes.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities, monitor progress and reports to senior management, and uphold local building and planning regulations.

Qualifications

• Member of HKIA or equivalent professional body.
• 10+ years in project management.
• Experience with luxury residential projects or property developers is advantageous.
• Know local building, planning, and land submission regulations.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage all project stages: design, tendering, contract administration, construction, completion, handover, and defect rectification.
• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to management.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Review design presentations and detailed drawings from consultants.
• Oversee maintenance and renovation works during the project lifecycle.
