Job summary

JPC Texson Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-end residential redevelopment from design through construction and handover. You will ensure on-time delivery, strict budget control, and top-quality standards while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and authorities.

You will report to the Project Director, supervise one Project Coordinator, and play a key role in all project stages, from tendering to defect rectification.

Qualifications

• HKIA member or equivalent professional body.
• Minimum 10 years in project management, preferably high-end residential.
• Experience with luxury residential projects or property developers is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local building, planning and land submission procedures.
• Proven leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of luxury residential redevelopment from design to handover.
• Oversee design reviews, tendering, contract administration, construction and defect rectification.
• Coordinate on-site construction and monitor timelines, budget, and quality.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and government authorities.
• Provide progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Supervise one Project Coordinator and report to Project Director.

ROLE MISSION

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-end residential redevelopment project—from design and tendering through construction, completion, and handover—ensuring on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

• Manage all project stages: design, tendering, contract administration, construction, completion, handover, and defect rectification
• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and performance; provide regular updates to the management team
• Liaise with internal and external parties, including consultants, contractors, and government authorities
• Review design presentations and detailed design drawings from consultants
• Oversee property maintenance and renovation works during the project lifecycle

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Recognized qualifications as a Member of HKIA or equivalent professional body
• Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in project management, preferably in high-end residential developments
• Experience managing luxurious residential projects or working with a property developer is a strong advantage
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations and procedures for building, planning, and land submissions
• Strong leadership, team-playing, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
