AESO Limited is seeking a Project Co-ordinator for fitting out and A&A projects in Sheung Wan. This site-based role focuses on coordinating site works, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality to ensure timely completion.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Building Studies or Construction Management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and good English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in fitting out, building, or A&A projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

Project Co-ordinator - Fitting out / A&A project

Join our project delivery team to support the successful execution of fitting-out, building, and alteration and addition projects. This site-based role involves coordinating site works, monitoring progress, maintaining quality standards, and working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve timely project completion.

Key responsibilities

Execute projects, including on-site supervision, progress monitoring and quality control.

Coordinate overall site works and support smooth project delivery.

Prepare and manage project documentation and correspondence.

Attend meetings with clients client representatives, and consultants.

Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.

Identify and resolve site issues through effective problem-solving and analysis.

Handle ad hoc tasks as requested.

What we're looking for

Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of solid experience in fitting out/ building/ A&A project.

Proactive attitude, Responsible and able to work under pressure

Good technical knowledge and practical site experience is an advantage.

Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage but not essential.

Work on Site Office usually.
