Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial A&A, asset enhancement, and fit-out projects in Hong Kong. The role covers feasibility studies, design coordination, statutory submissions, construction management, and handover with emphasis on commercial re-layout and contractor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Surveying, Architectural Studies, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in A&A projects.
• Track records in handling commercial A&A projects (Mall, Hotel, Office, Residential, etc.).
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management for commercial A&A, asset enhancement, and fit-outs (retail, commercial towers, and mixed-use spaces).
• Oversee feasibility, budget planning, cost control, master schedules, and design coordination.
• Monitor site progress, safety standards, and construction quality; manage external consultants and contractors through tendering, vetting, and construction phases.
• Prepare tender documents, review shop drawings, and manage contract administration.
• Collaborate with leasing, property management, and marketing for space re-layout and value enhancement.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Department Head.

Position: Project Manager, A&A

Our client is a leading Hong Kong-Listed Property developer with a strong market presence and a diversified property portfolio. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial development and asset enhancement projects. The sucessful candidate will lead projects through the full project life-cycle: from feasibility studies and design coordination to statutory submissions, construction management, and handover. This role requires strong expertise in commercial re-layout, statutory licensing, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for commercial A&A, asset enhancement, and fit-out works (including retail, commercial towers, and mixed-use spaces).
• Oversee project feasibility, budget planning, cost control, master schedules, and design coordination.
• Monitor site progress, safety standards, and construction quality to ensure timely completion within approved budgets; Manage external consultants (Architects, Engineers, QS) and contractors throughout the tendering, design vetting, and construction phases.
• Prepare tender documents, review shop drawings, and manage contract administration.
• Work closely with internal leasing, property management, and marketing teams for commercial space re-layout and value enhancement.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Department Head

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Surveying, Architectural Studies, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Member of RICS/HKIS will be an advantaged (Not a Must)
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in A&A project
• Track Records in handling commercial A&A project such as Mall, Hotel, Office, Residential etc.
• Good team player, strong in commercial & inpersonal skills
• Good command in English & Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
