This role will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning customer platforms, CRM, data integration, and AI-enabled business capabilities.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will drive project delivery, manage key initiatives, and help shape the future of customer engagement through data-driven and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
