Job summary

Nityo Infotech Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring the disciplined application of project management methodologies and delivering software initiatives on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree, 8+ years of project management experience, and can present to senior management and stakeholders in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in project management.
• Open to PMs from financial services and/or insurance.
• Presentable and able to articulate well to senior management and stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Manage project resources, including staffing, team development, coaching, motivation, and performance management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
• Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs.
• Define test plans and ensure defects are resolved before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate UAT activities and develop implementation, rollout, and deployment plans.
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to support project decisions.
• Ensure compliance with established system development methodologies, project management processes, and governance standards.
• Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, risks, and outcomes to steering committees and project sponsors.
