Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• PMP, PMI or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, budget, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Develop and maintain project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define objectives.
• Lead development teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions meeting business needs.
• Apply appropriate project management and SDLC methodologies throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage testing activities, including test planning, defect management, and UAT.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Present project progress, risks, and recommendations to senior management and sponsors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing competing priorities.
