Job summary

Allworth Consultants Limited is seeking an experienced Architect with a degree in Architecture or related discipline. Candidates must hold HKIA, RIBA, or ARB HK registration and bring 15+ years of relevant experience in Hong Kong property development, including at least 5 years in direct project management with a property developer.

The role requires deep familiarity with the Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance, statutory approvals, and construction practices, plus excellent written and spoken English

• Professional qualification: HKIA, RIBA, or equivalent recognized registration (e.g., Registered Architect / ARB HK).
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Hong Kong property development, with a minimum of 5 years in project management directly with a property developer.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
