EZSVS (Hongkong) Co., Limited is seeking a Project Assistant to monitor construction progress, inspect sites, and coordinate with multiple teams to mitigate delays and drive timely handovers. The role involves tracking issues, ensuring quality, and supporting process optimization across delivery projects.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, have 2–3 years’ experience, and are fluent in English with Cantonese preferred.
Monitor project construction progress: Conduct site inspections of projects, monitor actual construction progress, issue timely warnings regarding the risk of delays in relation to key project milestones and the completion of critical tasks, and ensure the smooth progress of the project through to final handover and maintenance.
Tracking construction issues and quality: For issues or risks that have arisen or may arise during a project, take the lead in coordinating with upstream and downstream departments, cross-functional teams, data centres and project integration teams to propose solutions; assist in compiling quality acceptance scores and rectification status for each project’s integration phase; and track the resolution of issues until they are fully resolved.
Work Optimisation Support: Based on actual construction and delivery circumstances, assist in optimising processes, templates and collaboration mechanisms.
Other Operational Support Tasks: Carry out other support tasks related to construction and delivery as assigned by superiors.
Bachelor’s degree or above; preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Engineering Management, Project Management, Electromechanical Engineering, Information Management or related disciplines;
Work experience: 2–3 years’ experience as a project assistant, operations and maintenance assistant or in a related role;
Language skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to independently handle English emails, project documents and meeting minutes. Preference will be given to candidates who are also fluent in Cantonese;
Tool Skills: Proficient in using collaboration tools such as DingTalk;
Data-Driven: Ability to summarise and analyse data, strong logical reasoning skills, and the ability to produce clear data reports;
Communication and Collaboration: Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently facilitate multi-party collaboration;
Strong Sense of Responsibility: Meticulous and conscientious in work, able to work well under pressure, with strong self-motivation and a commitment to following through on tasks;
Learning Ability: Enthusiastic about learning about sectors such as overseas infrastructure and data centres, and able to quickly grasp business contexts.
Other Skills: Knowledge of Hong Kong’s building laws and regulations is an advantage;
