Job summary

EZSVS (Hongkong) Co., Limited is seeking a Project Assistant to monitor construction progress, inspect sites, and coordinate with multiple teams to mitigate delays and drive timely handovers. The role involves tracking issues, ensuring quality, and supporting process optimization across delivery projects.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, have 2–3 years’ experience, and are fluent in English with Cantonese preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for Engineering Management, Project Management, Electromechanical Engineering, Information Management or related fields.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a project assistant, operations and maintenance assistant or related role.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese preferred for correspondence and meeting minutes.
• Proficient in using collaboration tools such as DingTalk.
• Data summarisation and analysis; strong logical reasoning; ability to produce data reports.
• Strong cross-team communication and coordination; able to facilitate multi-party collaboration.
• Meticulous, responsible, able to work under pressure and follow through on tasks.
• Willingness to learn about overseas infrastructure and data centers; grasp business context.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project construction progress and site inspections; warn delays and support handover.
• Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams to resolve issues and track rectification.
• Assist in compiling quality acceptance scores and track integration phase progress.
• Support process improvement, templates, and collaboration mechanisms.
• Carry out other construction and delivery support tasks as assigned by superiors.
