Job summary

EZSVS (Hongkong) Co., Limited is seeking a qualified professional to ensure reliable data integration for BMS/EPMS operations across overseas data centers. The role will organize local FM/FE teams to create and update CMDB topology diagrams and lead surveys, integration, and optimization of EMS monitoring points.

You will coordinate alarm resolution, EOP responses, and contingency drills, evaluate automation technologies, and develop standard solutions for recurring issues, while conducting risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/HVAC/CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in data center O&M management or quality engineering.
• Familiarity with automation system architecture, operational logic, and optimization measures.

Job description

Ensure reliable data integration for BMS/EPMS system operations at overseas data centers.

Organize local FM/FE teams to create, spot‑check, and update CMDB topology diagrams.

Lead surveys, integration, and optimization of EMS monitoring points.

Coordinate alarm resolution, EOP responses, and contingency plan drills.

Evaluate and optimize automation technologies; develop standard solutions for recurring issues.

Conduct automation risk assessments, change reviews, O&M optimization evaluations, maintenance audits, and global spot inspections.

Drive implementation of key automation technologies across global data centers.

Oversee supplier change operations, including system deployment, commissioning, operation, optimization, and policy configuration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, HVAC, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in data center O&M management or quality engineering.

Familiarity with automation system architecture, operational logic, and optimization measures.

Proficiency in BMS/EPMS systems, infrastructure equipment, and mainstream communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, MQTT).

Knowledge of PLC & DDC code; scripting skills (Python, Shell) are a plus.

Ability to deploy, commission, operate, optimize, and configure system policies.

Proficiency in Chinese and English, with capability to handle overseas technical communication and draft English documentation.

Strong collaboration skills across departments, teams, and cultures; high execution ability and responsibility.
