Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Architectural Designer / Interior Designer in Hong Kong. You will work on diverse architecture and interior design projects, collaborating closely with Directors and an experienced design team across concept development, visuals, material sourcing and site coordination.

The role offers exposure to both creative and delivery sides of projects, with a collaborative studio environment and opportunities for visa sponsorship for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior design, interior architecture or related field.
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related discipline preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing individual, professional, and/or academic design work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team and Directors on a variety of architecture and interior design projects.
• Assist in developing creative design concepts and translating ideas into clear design solutions.
• Produce CAD drawings, layout plans, renderings and visual presentations.
• Conduct site surveys, take measurements and document existing site conditions.
• Attend site visits and assist in monitoring design implementation and project progress.
• Research and source materials, furniture, products, fixtures and finishes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, consultants and clients on design and project matters.
• Participate in client meetings and design coordination sessions; assist with presentations.
• Support preparation of design proposals, sample boards, and material presentations.
