Job summary

Bean Buro is seeking an experienced architect/interior designer in Hong Kong to lead workplace projects from concept through construction. You will drive design development, coordinate with directors, and manage a small team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong drafting and detailing skills, fluency in English, and the ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape is essential, with Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in architecture or interior design.
• Experience in workplace projects is essential.
• Ability to manage projects through all design and construction stages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign.
• SketchUp and Enscape knowledge a plus.
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
