Founded in Hong Kong in 1975, Lee & Man Group is a listed diversified conglomerate with core businesses covering paper manufacturing, chemicals and luxury hotel operation. The Group owns two international 5-star hotels: Sofitel Sanya Leeman Resort and Pullman Changshu Leeman Hotel. We are now recruiting a Project Director to oversee all engineering, maintenance and renovation projects across both properties, reporting directly to Group senior management.

Job Descriptions:

Overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of construction, decoration fitting-out and maintenance in hotel and villa developing projects.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.

Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors for smooth project execution.

Managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality and performance standards.

Identifying and resolving technical challenges promptly.

Preparing reports and documentation for project updates and reviews.

Providing technical support and guidance to the local management team.

Job Requirements:

A degree in BS Engineering, M&E Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management or a related field.

Minimum of 3 yearrs working experience perferably in hotel industry in China.

Strong knowledge of refurbishment and maintenance processes.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols in the property industry.

Good communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.

Language﹕Fluent Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), and English.
