Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a senior Project Manager in Building/Construction with a degree and 10+ years of PM experience, including hotel projects. You will monitor site progress, coordinate with internal and external teams, and drive project ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate availability is highly preferred; candidates with 6+ years in building construction or private residential projects will also be considered.

• Degree in Building / Construction / Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of project management experience with hotel projects.

• Assist in estates project coordination and progress monitoring.

• Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2 years' relevant work experience, preferably in shopping mall renovation
• Experience in developers and property management companies would be an advantage
