Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced MEP design and project delivery leader to oversee design management across multiple projects. You will monitor site progress and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure on‑time execution.

The role requires a strong sense of ownership, at least four years’ relevant experience, and a degree in EE/ME/BSE or Building Services. You will shape scalable functional designs aligned to ERP and corporate systems and bridge stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in MEP design or project management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress and coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Supervise repair and maintenance works of subcontractors.
• Own the roadmap; deliver agile, on‑time rollouts across BUs.
• Shape scalable functional design aligned to ERP & Corporate Systems.
• Bridge stakeholders and tech; drive integrations, AI, and fast resolution.

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Studies/ Building Service Engineering
