Job summary

Innovative Modular Construction Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support an advanced modular construction program in Hong Kong. You will assist with material management, project submissions, and manpower planning while ensuring quality and compliance across activities.

You will collaborate with developers, contractors, and government departments to keep projects on track, coordinating schedules and resources to meet tight timelines and standards in a dynamic building environment.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or above in Building Studies, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Two years of experience in building project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / BIM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with material management, project submissions, manpower management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and government departments.
