Job summary

Lenovo seeks a proactive PMO/Project Coordinator to support strategic and operational initiatives across its Hybrid Cloud and AI portfolio in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with PMO managers to maintain consolidated timelines, milestones, and risks while identifying AI-driven automation opportunities.

You will prepare leadership-ready views, track deliverables across concurrent projects, and document decisions in a timely manner. Fresh graduates with relevant coursework are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate or recent degree.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with productivity and collaboration software.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic and operational initiatives across Lenovo's Hybrid Cloud and AI portfolio.
• Coordinate with PMO Project Managers to maintain consolidated views of project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status.
• Identify project activities that can be automated or augmented using AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Prepare consolidated views of priorities, dependencies, project status, and delivery risks for leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and action items across concurrent projects.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and support timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Offering Development, Delivery, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and PMO resources.
• Report to the Director, Hybrid Cloud & AI Strategy and Operations.

Job description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited University (recent / fresh graduate)
• Currently completing or recently completed a degree from an accredited university (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks, milestones, priorities, and deliverables across concurrent projects
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with PMO Project Managers and cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of project management concepts, including milestones, dependencies, risks, timelines, and deliverables
• Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and apply AI-enabled ways of working
• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, internship, or community involvement
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and execute with attention to detail
• Nice to have: internship, co-op, or early-career experience supporting projects, programs, operations, or PMO activities
• Nice to have: familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• Nice to have: exposure to cloud, AI, data, infrastructure, or other technology-focused projects
• Nice to have: introductory project management or Agile coursework, training, or certification
