Job summary

CMD Construction Engineering Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a capable site coordinator to work with consultants and sub-contractors. You will gather resources, monitor field work, and ensure projects stay on plan and on schedule.

The role requires a Diploma or above in Building Studies or Construction Management, at least 2 years of site experience, and proficiency in English and Chinese. AutoCAD and MS Office skills are essential in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ site experience in building works or A&A works.
• Solid experience in site coordination, supervision and submissions.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
