Job summary

Pretterior Works & Consultants Co Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator in Hong Kong to support site administration and schedule coordination. The role focuses on preparing reports, coordinating material logistics, and ensuring smooth handover of projects, with a Monday-to-Friday work week from 9:00 to 18:00.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or above, has 3-5 years in Fitting Out / A&A, and is proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of fitting out / A&A experience.
• Strong coordination and communication skills under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing, and MS Project.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit reports, minutes, and site documents such as site instructions.
• Coordinate material ordering and logistics.
• Schedule and coordinate project activities to ensure timely handover.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
