Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or above in Building Studies or Construction Management, at least 2 years of site experience, and proficiency in English and Chinese. AutoCAD and MS Office skills are essential in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ site experience in building works or A&A works.
• Solid experience in site coordination, supervision and submissions.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building construction with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Gather resources and collaborate with team and subcontractors to deliver projects according to plan.
• Monitor field and contract work to ensure compliance with contracts.
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating progress to keep on schedule.
• Liaise with subcontractors in expediting designs and relevant information.
• Perform additional assignments as requested by the company.
