Job summary

Sharp Star Holding (HK) Limited seeks an Assistant Project Coordinator in Hong Kong to support site progression and coordination across internal teams and external partners. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery of construction details, safety standards, and contract compliance while liaising with clients and subcontractors.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in construction, strong English and Chinese communication, and solid proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experienced in project coordination and site progress monitoring.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of project ownership with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
