Job summary

Studio Plus Limited is a Hong Kong-based architectural and interior design firm specializing in retail, commercial and corporate projects. The Project Coordinator/Assistant (Fit Out Works) supports day-to-day project tasks, tender preparation, program monitoring, procurement, and cross-team coordination with clients, vendors, and site staff.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate, strong MS Word/Excel skills, basic AutoCAD, and Cantonese with some English/Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate holder in any discipline.
• Less working experience or fresh graduates are considered.
• Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Attentive to details and adaptable to dynamic site and project communications.
• Team-player who is independent, self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.
• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and basic level in spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in written Chinese and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Designer / Project Manager / Design and Project Director to assist day-to-day project tasks.
• Assist the Project Manager / Design and Project Director to prepare tender documents for issuance and returning of tenders.
• Produce, monitor, manage project program and milestones.
• Assist procurement of materials, fixtures, fittings, ironmongeries etc.
• Coordinate with site staff with approved shop drawings and mediate site conditions to suit design intent and quality control.
• Prepare site meeting agenda, meeting minutes, daily and weekly reports and submission forms.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, landlord, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Communication with Designer / Project Manager / Design and Project Director to assist day-to-day project tasks;

Assist the Project Manager / Design and Project Director to prepare tender document for issuance of tenders and for returning of tenders;

To produce, monitor, manage project program and manage critical milestones;

Assist the Project Manager in procurement of materials, fixture, fittings, ironmongeries etc. as required by the Project;

Coordinate with site staff with approved shop drawings and mediate any site conditions / constraints suiting design intent and quality control;

Prepare site meeting agenda, meeting minutes, daily and weekly reports and submission forms;

Liaise and coordinate with clients, landlord, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Certificate holder in any disciplines;

Less working experience and fresh graduates are also be considered;

Good knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel;

Basic knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus;
