Leadingnation is seeking a proactive project coordination professional in Hong Kong to act as the main liaison between internal departments and external partners. You will support global program initiatives, develop SOPs, and prepare comprehensive reports.
The role requires 1–2 years of PM experience, familiarity with textile-related supply chains, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Immediate availability is highly preferred; occasional travel may be required.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal departments (Operations, Product Development, Customer Service, Sales, IT, Finance) and external partners (suppliers and customers).
Program Support: Assist in global program management initiatives to ensure seamless execution.
Process Optimization: Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation to support continuous supply chain optimization.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare comprehensive project updates, presentations, and management reports.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as directed by the Department Head.
Reporting Structure: Report directly to the Senior Customer Service Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Deputy General Manager.
Travel: Mobility is required, with occasional travel as necessary.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, or at least 1 year of relevant working experience with PMP certification; outstanding fresh graduates with strong presentation skills will also be considered.
Experience: 1–2 years of professional working experience. Project management experience is a plus. Background in garment labeling, apparel packaging, printing, or the textile manufacturing industry is a distinct advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Keynote. Highly skilled in data analysis and SOP/workflow documentation.
Languages: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
