Job summary

The Payment Cards Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Enterprise CRM Software. You will define project scopes, coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

You will also assist in system documentation, testing, and UAT preparations. Strong communication in English and Chinese, 2-4 years of project coordination experience in IT or software, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information System, IT or related discipline.
• 2-4 years solid experience in project coordination in IT or software.
• PMP and Scrum certification is an advantage.
• Knows Jira and Confluence is preferable. Agile workflow would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery with quality.
• Understand and resolve customer issues, configure, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.

Job description

Define project scopes, estimating resource requirements and preparation of quality control planning

Coordinate with different parties include internal technical team for the project planning, checking and monitoring and make sure the project can meet our client’s requirements and deliver the project on time with good quality

Understand issues raised by the customers, and be able to configure, trouble shoot and resolve their complex issues

Provide high quality project execution

Manage and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project implementation

Work with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments

Gathers all project information; schedules, change requests, tasks & project meetings

Assist in preparing system documentations including system specification and system testing

Able to assist in system development analysis is an advantage Requirements

Prepare test plan and test cases for the UAT

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Information System, IT or related disciplines

2-4 years solid experience in project coordination in IT or software field

PMP and Scrum certified with solid project management experience is an advantage

Knows how to work with Jira and Confluence is preferable

Experience with Agile workflow would be a plus
